Kirsten Tate was born in Shoreview, Minnesota, where she grew up with two younger brothers. She then moved to St. Paul where she attended Hamline University for both her undergraduate degree and law degree. She began working for the Osterbauer Law Firm as a law clerk in 2001, and was eventually hired as an attorney in 2002.
Kirsten’s areas of practice include workers’ compensation and personal injury. She has also been named Rising Star in Minnesota Law and Politics in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010.
